1. To request a return, please email info@rahya.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the steps to return your item.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/ unused, with its tags, security ribbon, and in its original packaging. There must be no stains, hair or odours. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product has been used or if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition.
3. Please note all costs that are incurred are to be made by the customer. Please use a tracked service to the address provided. We take no responsibility for returns not being delivered and we recommend you to keep your proof of postage.
4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow up to seven working days from the day your return is received to inspect and process your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You do not receive a refund for your original delivery costs.
5. Rahya does not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
